- 4:45 - Arrive in Band Room/Eat/Dress
- 6:00 - Line up for Senior Night
- 6:15 - Senior Night Recognitions begin
- 6:45 - Approximate time of Band senior recognitions
- 6:55 - Band departs and prepares for pregame (Choir is slated to perform SSB - will confirm)
- 7:30 - Game begins
- 10:00 - Game end/dismissal

For those parents planning to come for set-up, if your student is willing to help, please bring them! There are a lot of tables and chairs to put in place and those extra hands will be appreciated!
